Palette and Paintbrush is an Educational Art Franchise. We offer educational art classes based on OBE. The founder Tilly Naransamy is a qualified PreSchool teacher and an Art Therapist. Our programs have been designed after many years of research and development. It doesn't stop there, because education is dynamic, we constantly strive to update and maintain our activities to be fun filled and beneficial. All our facilitators are carefully chosen and well trained Mission Statement: To develop the artist in your child through sound governance and an open, honest and secure environment for the development of art and the potential for growth.
